A3M Global Monitoring App

The Global Monitoring App informs you about dangers and incidents in your vicinity. You receive important warnings and behavioral instructions directly on your cell phone.

New login procedure for the
Global Monitoring app

The new login procedure is wholly SSO based and no longer requires creating an account and password. The usage of the app will now only be possible through the use of a Krones AG e-mail address on Krones AG devices.

 

Please follow these steps to comply with the new login procedure:

  1. Install the app to the newest available version on the App Store or Company Portal. (If you already have the app installed and are logged in, please log out and continue from the next step)

  2. Select the Login option and input Krones in the SSO field at the bottom. 

  3. The app will ask for your mobile phone number to send a verification SMS.

  4. Ensure the app is running correctly and that location access is set to always allowed
    Location access is necessary to send location-based warnings appropriately and in emergency cases help you in the best way.
    Krones can only see your location when you press the emergency button.

 

As of July 2024, the SOS Call App by Med Con Team has been discontinued for Krones usage. From this point on, only the Global Monitoring App will be used.

The emergency call button of the A3M Global Monitoring app is working! Do not press it without reason.

After pressing the button, the call center will assume an emergency has occurred.

 

If they receive no response from you, they will always dispatch an ambulance!

 

--> Therefore, please always answer your phone when you have pressed the emergency call button, especially if you are NOT in an emergency.
